They've been getting closer and closer over the months, and it appears as if Reese Witherspoon may have found the perfect match in boyfriend Jim Toth.
Coming as no surprise, the "Legally Blonde" actress and her agent beau have become the subject of engagement and wedding rumors after being spotted on family outings with Ree's two children more and more often.
Denying any such fast-paced commitment, a rep for Miss Witherspoon told People magazine of Reese and Jim's status, saying, "They are not engaged."
A source for People adds, "Jim knows Reese is the one for him. It's what he's been waiting for. [Getting engaged] is a natural step for them but they're not in a rush. There's no deadline, no timetable. But it's something in the future."
