Cat Ommanney Real Housewives of DC Interview

Cat Ommanney Real Housewives of DC Interview

Don't be fooled by her bravado. "I am actually a little bit gentle underneath," The Real Housewives of D.C. star Cat Ommanney -- and resident villain -- tells iVillage exclusively.

"I definitely speak before I think a lot of the time. And I can get away with it in England because our sense of humor is pretty dry," Ommanney admits. "But I don't think I realized how many people I'd upset." Among other things, the mom of two (to daughters Ruby and Jade, from a former marriage) has been accused of being a racist.

Aside from having trouble with the other Housewives, Ommanney's marriage to White House photographer husband Charles began unraveling while shooting the Bravo show. The couple is now going through a divorce. "I'm kind of getting out of that black hole that I was in. I was pretty miserable for a couple of months. And that's not my style," says Cat.

Watch our exclusive video (above) to find out if Ommanney would come back for a second season and what she really thinks of White House-crashing fellow Housewife Michaele Salahi.

The Real Housewives of D.C.'s season finale airs Oct. 7 at 10 p.m. ET.
